THE JA'FARI FIQH AND MUSLIMS
It is haram to consume sleeping pills and commit suicide
OUR DAY-DREAMING AND naivety has reached the stage where our news media has called the misguided shiah revolution of Iran 'Islamic'. In addition the shiiah agents in Pakistan are also trying to bring about a bloody shiiah revolution. Initially the shiiahs started a revolutionary movement, had themselves arrested, and threatened the government. As a result, on 23 May 1985 Prime Minister Junejo accepted the one-sided complaints and demands of the shiiahs. He created a committee of senior ministers. The shiahs happily began to issue statements, and met with the members of the new committee.
An appeal is made to sensitive brothers who know shiiahs history to bury the Deobandii, Barelvii, Ahli Hadith differences. One must not become a tool and lackey of Khomeini and the Zionist plots, which claim the Haramayn to be barren and empty cities. One must safeguard one's own country and its 95 percent sunni inhabitants.
The shiiah demands are a disguise for an anti-ahlus-sunnah struggle, of which the Iranian revolution is a clear and explicit example. For Allah's sake, wake up, Register your protests and objections to the news media. Come together and pass resolutions. Send delegations to meet with the President and Prime Minister. Make known the taqiyyah aspect of the shiiah religion. Otherwise:
ALL MUSLIMS ARE aware that after great sacrifices and hardships the Pakistani state was gained for Islam . But what a great pity that for thirty years the government has failed to proclaim any Islamic laws. The present government, after coming into power in 1977, claimed to enact Islamic laws, but only proclaimed incomplete ordinances on zakaah, 'ushr and huduud (Islamic penal laws). One organized group came forward, and said "We will never accept these Islamic proclamations. Enact the 'Fiqh Ja'fari''. They laid siege to the Secretariat in Islamabad and disgraced Pakistan in the eyes of the whole world. They used opposition to the Islamic Laws of zakaah, 'ushr and huduud to free themselves from Islamic Laws of zakaah. After the new Assembly was nominated, these 'Mu-mineen' shouted the slogan of 'Proclaim the Fiqh and took to the streets. They picketed the Punjab Assembly. Their movement became responsible for the arrest of many innocent citizens. They also threatened the population. On 19 May 1985 some Naqwii Saahib published this demand in the daily Jang newspaper:
1. Proclaim the 'Fiqh Ja'farii'.
2. Release the shiiah from the zakaah, 'ushr and huduud (Islamic Penal Laws.)
3. Make a separate syllabus for the 'Ja'farii Fiqh' in schools and colleges.
4. In the courts, shiiahs judges must give judgment according to 'Fiqh Ja'farii.
5. Remove the prohibition on mourning (i.e. Muharram, ta'ziyah etc.).
6. Separate the shiiah Religious Auqaaf (Wakfs) etc., etc.
We totally oppose ahlus sunnah wal-jammaa'ah sectarianism, but for the sake of stability and peace in Pakistan, it is necessary to comment on it. Instead of acceding to all these demands it would be better if shiiahs were given separate religious and social rights from other Muslims. A few years ago one section did attain this right. After there being differences in the kalimah, adhaan, salaah, zakaah, and 'ushr, and with them now advocating separate identities, what common facts remain between them and Muslims? May Allah save the shiiah people from these mujtahids (clergymen) who seek leadership roles behind a cover of shiiah rights, but are in fact trying to separate their people from the Muslims. The harm that the proclaiming of these laws will have on the ahlus sunnah wal-jammaa'ah.
The 'Fiqh Jafarii' is not a law that was extracted from the Ahli Bayt ( Family of Rasulullah ), or the Qur'an and sunnah; nor did Sayyidinaa 'Ali, Radiyallaahu 'Anhu, ordain these during his period of khilaafah; nor was it compiled by any of the venerable imaams and enforced during their respective periods. This 'Fiqh' is only a figment of the shiiah mujtahid's (clergymen's) programmed to spread their extremist ideology to government level. Initially, the Safaavii Shashs of Iran began this, and after slaughtering forty lakh (4,000,000) Muslims they changed Iran into a shiiah state. Now after three centuries, Khomeini is experimenting with this prescription under the name of Islam. According to conservative estimates the blood of eight to ten lakh (800,000-1,000,000) Muslims has been split already. What will happen in the future is only known to Allah the 'allaamul ghuyuub (Knower of the unseen).
My appeal to all newsmen, journalist, politicians, students, 'ulamma, and all those who love their homeland and Muslims in general, is not to become pawns and tools of those foreign calamity, but to be alert country the lawmakers make laws according to the majority group that live there. They do not make parallel laws for a minority in every sphere. Even in Iran the ahlus sunnah wal-jammaa'ah (sunnis) do not enjoy the same rights as the Christians, Parsees, Jews, Hindus, Sikhs, etc., whereas their percentage is much higher than those of the shiiahs in Pakistan. Three provinces of Iran (Balucchistaan, Kurdistaan, and Khuraasaan) have a majority sunnii population, according to the 1982 fact-finding committee report of the World Islamic Mission. The ten lakh (1,000,000) sunnis of Tehran are not even permitted to have their own makjids and madrasahs. They can perform their jumu'ah at the Pakistani Embassy. Our intention is not to attack anybody or any religion, but to draw attention to the excesses that are been spread by the tongues and pens of a certain group, and to make the majority aware of this plot so they may safeguard themselves. One has surely gauged by the above what the beliefs are of these people regarding the ahlus sunnah wal-jammaa'ah. Social laws demand equality. Treat these people in the same manner that they treat you. Regard them in the same manner that they regard you, so that justice can prevail. The narrating of kufr beliefs is not kufr. Here follows examples of some of the beliefs and masaa-il of the shiah Ja'farii sect.
All the Sahaabah Kiraam Radiyallaahu 'Anhum are kaafirs and apostate (Na'u-dhu billaah)
The shii'ee muhaddith, Ni'matullaah Jazaa-i-rii writes in the 'Anwaare No'maa-niyyah page 245, vol. 2. : " The shii'ah imaamiyyah are of the opinion that the khilaafah of Hazrat 'Ali (Radiyallaahu 'Anhu) is by nassi jalii (clear text) and all the Sahaabah, (Radiyallaahu 'Anhum), are kaafirs, and continue to slander them. They (shiiahs) believe in the imaamah of Ja'far As-Saadiq, (Rahmatullaahi 'Alahi), and his sinless offspring. The author of this kitaab belongs to this group and only this sect is successful and saved (from jahannam). Abii Ja'far (Imam Baaqir) says that after Rasulullah , all the Sahabah, (Radhiallahu Anhum), became murtad (turned apostate) apart from three: Miqdaad bin Aswad, Abuu Shar Ghifaarii and Salmaan Faarisii, (Radiyallaahu 'Anhum). They refused to make bay'ah (pay attention) to (Sayyidinaa) Abuubakrm (Radiyallaahu Anhu) until they called Amiirul Mu-mineen (Ali Radiyallaahu Anhu). He made bay'ah. Then the three of them also made bay'ah. Hence, all agreed upon the khilaafah of (Sayyidinaa) Abuubakr, (Radiyallaahu Anhu).''---Usuul Kaafi vol. 2.; Raudah Kaafi page 246; Rajaal Kushii page 504
The Khulafaa Raashideen are Kaafirs
According to the shii'ahs, when Zayd Shahiid bin Zaynul Aabideen, (Rahmatullaahi Alalyhi), tried to revive the system of the Khilaafah Raashidah, Imam Baaqir, Rahmatullaahi 'Alayhi, said to him:
1. "O brother, do you wish to revive the religion of those people who have rejected the aayaat of Allah; who were disobedient to Rasulullah ; and who, instead of the commands of Allah, followed their own whims and fancies. Without proof from Allah and His Rasul , they claimed the khilaafah."---Usuul Kaafii, page 357, vol. 1.
2. According to the shiiah, Zaynul 'Aabidden, (Rahmatullaahi 'Alaihi), said regarding the shayshayn (Sayyidinaa Abuubakr and 'Umar Radiyallaahu 'Anhumaa): "(Allah forbid) Both were kaafirs and whoever regards them as friends (or love them) are also kaafirs." -----Haqqul Yaqeen, page 522, with reference to Taqreebul Ma'aarif.
3. "What! Is it possible for and intelligent person to entertain doubts about the kufr of 'Umar, (Radiyallahu 'Anhu), and also about a person who accepts 'Umar, (Radiyallaahu 'Anhu), as a Muslims. May the curse of Allah and His Rasul , be on them and on those people who regard 'Umar (Radiyallahu 'Anhu), as a Muslim, and also on those who refrain from cursing him."--Haqaatul Quluub, page 680, vol. 2 Jilaa-ul 'U-yunn, pages 45-46 by Mullaa Baaqir 'Alii Majlisii Iraanii.
The practice of cursing the Khulafaa Raashideen and the Ummahaatul Mu-mineen, Radiyallaahu 'Anhum
1. Imaam Ja'far practiced the waziifah of cursing four men and four women after every fard salaah. Fulaaan, fulaan, fulaan, (Sayyidinaa Abuubakr, 'Umar, 'Uthman, and Mu'aawiyah, (Radiyallaahu 'Anhum); fulannii and fulannii, (Ummul Mu'aawiyah Sayiditinaa) 'Aa-i-shah, Hafsah, Hind and Ummul Hakam, (Mu'aawiya's sisters), (Radiyallahu 'Anhunna). (The latter two are a mother and sister of Rasulullah, , by nisbah--family relationship--). Furuu' Kaafi, page 342, vol. 3, Baabut ta'qeeb ba'dus salaah wad-du'aa.
2. Allah Ta'aalla has revealed the hypocrisy of (Ummul Mu'mineen) 'Aa-i-shah and Hafsah, (Radiyallaahu 'Anhumaa), in this aayah (verse). More correctly, it clearly reveals their kufr. Also this reprimand to the Rasul, , was as a result of the resistance of these two accursed wives,---Hayaatul Quluub, page 610, vol. 1.
3. It is written on page 168 of Tuhfatul 'Awwaam and Zaadul Ma'aad: "As it precautionary measure recite this zziyaarah twice after salaah, thereafter read a hundred times 'O Allah first curse the zaalim (oppressor) and thereafter his follower, the second zaalim' (i.e. ma'aadhallaah on the shaykhayn), therefore perform two rak'ahs salaah and say: "O Allah, on my behalf specially curse the first zaalim (oppressor), then the second one, then the third, and then the fourth. O Allah, then curse the fifth one Yazeed bin Mu'aawiyah". (For this reason concerned Muslims do not allow the shii'ah to perform salaah in their masjids, because (ma'aadhallaah) instead of dhikrullaah they curse the awliyaa ( friends) of Allah
4.(Ma'aadhallaah) (Sayyidinaa) Abuubakr and 'Umar, (Radiyallaahu 'Anhumaa), aaare the Haamaan and Fir'own (Pharaoh) of this ummah.-Hayaatul Wuluub.
5. (Sayyidinaa) Abuubakr, (Radiyallaahu 'Anhu), is the Saamiri--Haqqul Yaqeen, page 169, by Mullaa Baaqir 'Alii Majlisii Iraanii.
6 A curse be upon those two who were the idols of the Quraysh. All the Muslims regard them as Amiirul Mu-mineen and the best among the Sahaabah, Radiyallaahu 'Anhumm).- Gayaatyk Qykyyb, page 375, vol.2.
A fatwaa (religious rulling) that the inhabitants of Makkah and Madiinah are kaafirs
Imaam Ja'far Saadiq says: "The Shaamis (Syrians) are worse that the Romans; and the people of Makkah openly refute the existence of Allah."- Usuul Kaafii, page 410, vol. 2. He also said: "The inhabitants of Makkah deny the existence of Allah and are kaafirs, and the people of Madiinah are seventy times more unclean and polluted than the people of Madinah."----Ibid.
Khomeini during his exile in France, while addressing the youth, once said: ''When I enter Makkah and Madinah as a conqueror, my first deed will be to throw out idols (Sayyidinaa Abuubakr and 'Umar, Radiyallaahu 'Anhumaa), lying there in the Raudah of Rasulullah ."
All the Muslims are kaafirs, mushrik and accursed zaalims (oppressors)
1. The one who believes in 'Ali (Radiyallahu 'Anhu), (as in imam without interruption in between) is a mu-min and one who denies it is a kaafir. The one who associates another in his bay'ah is a mushrik,--Hayaatul Quluub, page 542, vol. 2.
2. The one who doubts in the imaamah (in the manner that the shiiah believe) of 'Ali (Radiyallahu 'Anhu), is a kaafir, in the same manner that the people of jaahiliyyah were kaafirs.---Ibid, page 546.
3. That kufr which is against this imaan, therein, all the groups of the false religions are included. For example, the kaafirs, hypocrites, mushrikeen, all the sunnis (Muslims), and besides the Ithnaa 'A-sha-riyyah group, all the shiiah sects, like the Zaydiyyah, Fathiyyah, Waqfiyyah, Kisaaniyyah, Nausiyyah etc., will remain in hell for eternity. --Haqqul Yaqeen, page 537.
All the Muslims are the offspring of prostitutes
The Imaam Ja'far Saadiq of the shiiah says: "I swear by Allah, O Abaa Hamzah, all the people are the children of prostitutes besides our shiiah." (We seek refuge in Allah from such uttering). ---Raudah Kaafi, page 245.
The entire Ummah Muhammadiyyah are accursed and swines
The ummah are like swines. He also asked what kind of thing was this accursed ummah.----Usuul Kaafii, page 337, vol 2.
All the Muslims are murtad and it is waajib to kill them
It is a basic belief of the shiiah that Allah will send the awaited Imaam Mahdi to punish this (Muslim) ummah.---Hayaatul Quluub, page 611, vol. 2.Shaykh Mufeed has written in the Kitaabul Masaa-il that: "It is a consensus among the imaamiyyah that all the ahli-bidah (i.e. ahlus sunnah) are kaafirs. It is fard on the ruler of the time to command them to make taudahl call them to the true (shiiah) religion and put before them itmaam hujjah (complete proof). If they repent from bid'ah and come to the straight path, accept it, otherwise kill all of them, because they are apostates from imaan. Those who die on that (non-shiiah) religion are all doomed to hell.''----Haqqul Yaqeen Chapter on apostasy page 384.
''...Even thought you demolish the Raudah Muhammadiyyah, and (al-'iyaadhu billah) remove the complete (preserved and unrecompensed) bodies of the shaykhayn and take revenge on them.''---Usuul Kaafii.
''(Saiidinaa) 'Aa-i-shah, (Radiyallahu 'Anhaa), will also be taken out of her grave and punished, thereby revenging (Sayiditinaa) Faatimah, (Radiyallahu 'Anhaa)." ---Haqqul Quluub, page 611, vol. 2.
Mullaa Baaqir Majlisii writes that when Immam Mahdi will appear, he will kill the ahlus sunnah and their 'ulamaa before killing the kuffaar. This same thing is written in the Maj-ma-ul Bayaan. ---Haqqul Yaqqth, page 527, vol. 2.
All the sunnii Muslims are naasibiis and worse than dogs
Imaam 'Alii Naqii, the tenth imaam of the shii'ah, was asked by the people: " Are we in need of a better explanation than this regarding the naasibii's, that they regard (Sayyidinaa) Abuubakr and 'Umar, (Radiyallaahu 'Anhumaa), better than Amiirul Mu-mineen (Sayyidinaa 'Ali Radiyallaahu 'Anhu)? And also regard them as imaams and khaliifas?" He replied: "The one that holds this belief is a naasibiis (i.e. sunnii)'' ---Haqqul Yaqeen page 521.
Imaam Ja'far says: "Abstain from bathing in the hammaams (public baths), because the Jews, Christians, Majuusis and the naasibiis of our Ahli Bayt used the water found there. These naasibiis are the worst among the non-believers, because Allah Tabaaraka Wa-Ta'aalaa did not create a more dirty and polluted creation than dogs. These naasibiis are more polluted than dogs."---Plaalus Sharaa-'i, page 292 by Shakh Saquuq.
The authentic book of the shii'ahs "Manlaa Yahduruhul Faqiih", Chapter on waters and its purification, page 8,col.1 states: "It is not permissible to perform wuduu from the leftover water of Jews, Christians, illegitimate children and all those who are against Islam. The most dirty and polluted leftover water is that of a sunnii."
It is not permissible to marry among the sunniis because they are kaafirs. In the same manner their slaughtered animals are not permissible (to consume).-Tahdhiibul Ahkaam.
It is not permissible for a Muslim (i.e. shii'ah) to marry a sunnii woman, or let ones daughter marry a sunnii. Manlaa Yahdruuhul Faqiih, page 248, vol.3.

Attack on the tauhiid
It is the belief of all the shii'ahs that the Twelve Imaams are muur (illumination, light) from Allah's muur. Their hands, feet, face and other parts of their body; and besides their own bodies, they are the creators and owners of the whole universe. They possess all the rights; are 'aalimul ghayb (know the unseen); are haadir naazir (present and observing); have complete discretion on what should be halal and haram; jannah and jahannam are under their control. (For this reason every shii'ah will shout and call upon him "Yaa 'Alii, madad" when in need and in distress)- Kaafii, Kiitaabul Hujjah.
Attack on the risaalah
Rasulullah, ' Alayhi Wasallam, sent the army of Usaamah, Radiyallaahu 'Anhu, away for jihaad. The shii'ahs say the reason behind this was not jihaad.The shii'ahs say the reason behind this was not jihaad, but to get the muhaajireen, ansaar and munafiqeen out of Madinah, so that the bay'ah of khilaafah of (Sayyidinaa) 'Alii, (Radiyallaahu 'Anhu) could be accomplished easily. By the Qur'aanic aayah 'Wayuzak-kil-him', it is meant that Rasulullah, , cleansed the Sahaabah Kiraam, Radiyallaahu 'Anhum, from all shortcomings, and Allah Ta'aalla gave them the glad tidings of His pleasure and granted them jaanah, but the shiiah say that besides three, all the Sahabah Kiraam, Radiyallahu 'Anhum, ma'aadallah, are munaafaiq (hypocrites), kaafir (non-believers) and murtad (apostates). This verily is a rejection of the risaalah and guidance. Imaam Khomeinii claimed on the occasion of the Imaam Mahdii birthday celebrations that: "All the Ambiyaa, ('Alayhimus Salaam), came to uphold social justice, but they were not successful. Even our Rasul, , was not completely successful. (Ma'aadhallaah) Only Imaam Mahdi will complete this task.''--Tehran Times, 29 June 1980.
(Sayyidinaa) 'Alii, (Radiyallaahu 'Anhu), and (Sayyidinaa) Rasulullah , are like a mosquito and a fly. (Ma'aadhallah, we seek refuge in Allah from these people). In the shiiah tafseer, Qummii states on page 29 and also in the Tafseer Abrihaan (Burhaan?) that the Amiirul Mu-mineen is a mosquito, and inferior to that is the fly, which is (na'udhi billah) Rasulullah .
Shaykh Tuusii and No'maanii relate from Imaam Ridan that Imaam Mahdii will appear nude in the sun, and a caller will announce that Amiirul Mu-mineen 'Alii has appeared a second time. The Rasuul will be the first to make bay'ah to him in the state of nakedness. (May Allah save us from the shiiah mentality). ---Haqqul Yaqeen, page 347, vol. 2.
The status of the Imaams is greater than the ambiyaa and are like that of a God
Khomeinii writes in his 'Al-Jukuumatul Islaamiyyah' under the caption, 'Governing the Universe' that: " The imaam possesses that lofty stages of maqaami mahmood and creative government that every atom of the universe is subordinate to their orders and commands.'' He writes further: "One of the basic beliefs of our shiiah religion is also that our innocent and sinless imaams posses that stage which no great angel or nabii can reach.'' It is also from among the beliefs of the shiiah that their imaams attain the shariiah without the connection, medium or means of the rasuuls, nabiis, or even the angels. (They receive is direct from Allah).
Freedom from the four basic principles of Islam
Imaam Baaqir has said that : " Islaam is based on five principles:
1. To maintain the salaah:

3. go for hajj:
4. fast during the month of Ramadaan:
5. have love for us, the Ahli Bayt.
There is concession in four of them but no concession regarding the wlaayah. " (Subhaanallaah, from the basics if Islaam, the acceptance of the tauheed and risaalah, i.e. kalimah, has been thrown away).--- Usuul Kaafii, page 278, vol 2.
Attack on the Khatmi Nubuwwah
It is a basic belief of every Muslim that there is no-one who shares the stage, status and sifaat (attributes) of the nubuwwah of the Rasul of Allah, . i.e., that they are sent by Allah and are ma'suum (sinless); they have the same status as the rasuuls who receive revelation and a kitaab; they have full authority regarding halaal and haraam; in the same way that those who reject the nabii and their shariiah are non-believers, in the same manner, those who do not accept their imams are also kaafirs (non-believers).--Ussul Kaafii, Kitaabul Hujiah, page 225, vol. 1.
Imaam Ja'far states: ''I take that shariiah that 'Ali has brought. The things that he prohibits I stay away from. He has attained the same excellence and eminence as the of Muhammad . This same excellence and eminence was attainted by the subsequent eleven imaam, one after other.'' (Ma'aadhallaah).
Attack on the Qur-aan
Besides four, all among the shiiah 'ulamma hold the belief that the Qur'an from Suurah Faatihah (Alahamdu) to Surrah Naas (Qul a'uu-dhu birabbin naas) has been tempered with and changed. The three khulafaa have removed those verses in praise of the Ahli Bayt and instead have added verses of their own praise. To prove this, 'Allaamah Nuurii Tabrasii has written a voluminous book entitled 'Faslul khitaab fi tahreefi kitaab rabbil arbaab', wherein he states that about 2,000 shiiah narrations refer to the adding and removing of aayaat (verses) from the Qur'aan. Khomeini, like many of the present-day shiiahs, does not hold the view that the Qur'an has been changed. On the other hand, he does not regard Nuurii Tabrasi as an apostate, but respectful refers to him and authoritively quotes him in his book, 'Wukaayat Faqiih'. --Al-Hukuumatul Ilaahiyyah'.
Attack on the Sunnah
All the Muslims firmly believe that after Sayyidnnna Rasulullah khaa-tumun nabiyyin wa-ma'sumeen, , there are three great sources which laws are extracted: The Qur'aan, sunnah of Rasulullah , and his Khulafaa Raashideen, and the consensus of the ummah. The shiiahs say this is wrong. Only the Qur-aan and imaam are sources of law. They reject the sunnah nabawwi. The nonsensical part of this is that this imaam and the Qur-aan are hidden away in a cave. The shii'ah and the rest of the world are unfortunately deprived of his guidance, because even their venerable Imaam Khomeini has no contact with him.
The shii'ah admit that the Qur-aan has been distorted
Nobody besides a Kadh-dhab (liar) can claim to have compiled (collected together) the whole Qur-aan and memorized in the same manner in which it was revealed. ' Alii and the imaams collected the whole Qur-aan and memorized it.---- Usuul Kaafii, page 228, vol. 1, Luck now print.
A person read a portion of the Qur-aan in the presence of Imaam Ja'far. The imaam said to him: " Do not read this Qur-aan. Read in the manner that the people read (i.e., the present day Qur-aan) till the Mahdii appears. When the Mahdi appears, he will read the original Qur-aan. He will bring forward that Qur-aan which 'Alii, 'Alayhis Salaam, wrote.''--Ussul Kaafi, page 632, vol. 2.
In the Ussul Kaafi, the most author active book of the shiiahs, a separate chapter on the distortion on the Qur-aan (pages 412 to 438) exists. Therein the sayings of the imaams regarding the distortions relating to words and meanings of thousands of aayaat (verses) have been mentioned.
The shii'ee mufassir Mulla Tabrasii and Kaashaanii write that it is apparent from all those ahaadiith of the Ahli Bayt that the present-day Qur-aan is not complete, which was revealed to Rasulullah, ; instead some of it is contrary to the revealed Qur-aan; some parts are distorted; some are changed; and many ayyat (verses) have been removed wherein the name 'Alii, the word Asli Muhammad and the names of the munafiqeen appeared. There are shortcomings in it too. The sequence, too, is not liked by Allah and His Rasul.---Muqaddamah 6, Tafsir Saafii, page 32, vol. 1.
Assault on chastity and modesty
Chastity and modesty are the golden jewels of a Muslim. An adulterer is like an idol worshipper is Islaam, but in the 'Fiqh Ja'farii', a most vile act called 'mut'ah' is not only permissible, but is a most virtuous act. Mut'ah is that act where a man pays a virgin or widow an amount of money and has sex with her for a stipulated period. There is no necessity of a written agreement, witness, guardian or a religious personality. This could be done either secretly or by announcing it publicly. Aayatolllaah Khomeinii, leader of the Iranian revolution, says: "It is disliked but permissible to have mut'ah with a prostitute, especially (it will be more enjoyable) if she is famous for her prostitution.''---Tahriirul Wasiilahh, page 292, vol. 2.
All shiiahs regard mut'ah from the point of view of their religion. Anyone who denies it is a kaafir, faaasiq and will appear on the day of qiyaamah (resurrection) with his nose cut off. According to the shiiahs, mut'ah is a devotion of high calibre. Its rewards are greater than that of salaah, saum (rozah, fasting) or hajj.
In the famous shiiah tafsiir book, Minhaajus Saadiqeen, page 176, vol. 1, in the commentary of the first ayyah, the following so-called hadiith is written: "That the prophet of Allah said, 'The one who has mut'ah once, his status is like that of Imaam Husayn; the one who has it twice attains the status of 'Alii; and the one who is it four times will reach the same status as that of mine; and (ma'aadhallaah) the one who has it five times than what doubt is there in him becoming....?'' The end of truthfulness
lslaam lays stress on speaking the truth, giving true evidence, and remaining in the company of truthful ones. To life, give false evidence, fraud, hypocrisy and hiding the truth are the worst social diseases. The 'Fiqh Ja'farii' pronounces that terrible sin named 'Taqiyyah and Kitmaan', as being 9/10th (nine tenths) of religion (as one will read in their ahaadiith). The shiiah say that the reason is that all the members of the Ahli Bayt never in their whole lives adopted the shiiah religion, nor preached it. They always strictly followed the Qur-aan and sunnah; the Khulafaa Raashideen, Radiyallahu 'Anhum; and loved the Sahabah, Radiyallahu 'Anhum. When the shiiahs invented their new anti-Islaamic religion--from the kalimah to the burying of their dead---, in order to give it impetus they attributed it to the Ahli Bayt, and used their taqiyyah and kitamaan to give it fraudulent support. This aspect alone demolished their religion from its core. Every intelligent person can understand that the beliefs of taqiyyah makes the law of evidence and testimony meaningless, because with the intention of taqiyyah a false oath can be taken or evidence given. Can the evidence or testimony of a person who believes in taqiyyah ever be accepted? It is due to this aspect that no faith or religion can be considered truthful or correct. It may be possible, due to taqiyyah, someone has made a thing famous. It also makes the imaan of Sayyidina 'Alii, Radiyallaahu 'Anhu, and all the members of Ahli Bayt suspect, because according to the shiiahs all their imaams practiced taqiyyah. Could it also be possible that they accepted the Islaamic faith outwardly fro some apparent benefit, but in their hearts they still followed the religion of the Quraysh and their forefathers? If the 'Fiqh Ja'farii is accepted, it is impossible to have justice and equality in a country, as these are necessary for prosperity, peace and stability. Taqiyyah is a serious hindrance to the continuation of Islaam and the creating of an environment of trust and unity is an ummah and country.
The shii'ah mujtahids (clergymen) and intelligentsia should review their belief, so that the kaafirs cannot attack Islam by saying it is based on falsehood, deceit and fraud. For them to say that taqiyyah may be resorted to in extreme circumstances (when one's life is at stake) is a lie. According to the saying of their imaam, taqiyyah may be resorted to in need or circumstance, and every person is fully aware of his needs. -Usuul Kaafii, Chapter on taqiyyah.
When fearing for one's life, if one says something out of context, it is called ikraah. This will not be abrogated even after the appearance of Imaam Mahdii, whereas the taqiyyah of concealing he religion and faith after the appearance of the imaam will fall away.. If taqiyyah is a fundamental part of the shii'ah faith and belongs to the teachings of the imaam, they should comply with this teaching. They should not express any of their beliefs, deeds and customs against the ahlus sunnah wal-jamaa'ah. If they thought deeply about this, their move to promulgate the 'Fiqh Ja'farii' would become meaningless. When their imaam himself does not promulgate the propagate their fiqh. The shii'ahs are also not given permission to act openly upon it. How can they have the audacity to begin a movement or make an appeal to promulgate their fiqh? Or have they turned apostate from their Imaamiyyah Ja'fariyyaah religion? In such a case hey should be given the punishment for apostasy according o the 'Fiqh Ja'farii'.
The new kalimah of the shii'ahs
Laa illaaha illallaah Muhammadur Rasuulullaah, 'Alii waliiyullaah, Khomeinii hujjatullaah.
Public Law must only be in terms of the fiqh of the majority
PAKISTAN IS A republic, and 96 percent of the population adhere to the ahlus sunnah madh-hab. In the whole world, public law is promulgated according to the religion and belief of the majority of the people. The positions of President, Prime Minister, Chief of Staff and other important governmental posts are held by members of the majority group.
The official religion of England is Protestant Christian. When the King or Queen takes the oath of office that person will do his or her best, to fulfill the teachings of the Bible and follow government policy. If anyone from among the royal family marries someone who follows the Catholic Pope, that person may not become Head of State. According to the constitution of Ireland, the government is the protector of the church of the majority group. The Catholic faith is the official religion of Spain. It is incumbent for the king to belong to this faith and act according to its religious customs.
The official religion of Greece is the Eastern Orthodox Church of Christ. The ruler is prohibited from turning away from that religion or to tamper with its teachings. It is necessary for the King of Sweden to be a Christian. Christianity is taught by people of religion, and others are not allowed to do so. In the same manner the governmental laws of Columbia, Argentina and Norway etc. are based on the religion of its majority population. (Extracted from, "Why two Laws in Pakistan?")
In Iran too, public law is based in the shii'ah fiqh only. The ahlus sunnah are not even allowed to build masjids. The official religion of Afghanistan was Islam, and its rulers had to be Muslims of the Hanafii school. The Russians oppressed the people and suppressed their religion. This is what the 'Fiqh Ja'farii' group is trying to achieve in Pakistan by following by following the example of the Russians and Iraniis.
Finally, if they promulgate a separate shii'ah (or Ja'farii) fiqh, they will be regarded as a separate nation from that of the millah islaamiyyah. Their demands will be different and far-reaching. Ultimately, this will be more harmful to theshii'ah. Also, two set of laws cannot function in a country It is a joke to have two separate laws for the same criminal act. People will also change their religion to avoid certain laws, as many previous rulers had done in the past (i.e., mut'ah, etc). The religion of Islam will become a joke. The Pakistani government must reinstate the laws of zakaah, ushr and huduud that were abrogated under shii'ah must be declared a minority and be completely separate form the Muslim ummah, as had been done with other minorities. This will resolve the sunnii-shii'ah conflict.
The demands of the Ahlus sunnah wal-jamaa'sh
1. The 'Fiqh Ja'farii' and other and other demands that arouse hatred must in no circumstances be accepted.
2. In the light of the belief of taqiyyah, all shii'ah rites and customs must be confined to their imaambaaras, as is the practice in Iran, and now in Luck now (India).
a. Their Imaam Ja'far Saadiq has said, "To make taqiyyah (keep the religion secret, i.e., holy lie, fraud, deceit) is my religion and the religion of my forefathers. A shii'ah who does not make taqiyyah has no religion."
b. "As the time nears for the appearance of Imaam Mahdii, taqiyyah will have to be practiced more and more."
c. "Nine tenths (9/10ths) of the religion is based on taqiyyah. One who does not adhere to taqiyyah is without imaan."
d. "O Sulaymaan! You are of that faith, wherein the one who conceals it, Allah will grant him honor, and and the one who propagates it, Allah will abase (dishonor) him." (the example of Iran is clear).
e. "O shiiahs, do not commit such acts that will disgrace us. Disobedient children disgrace their parents. Become an example for you imaams, not a blot. Perform jamaa'ah salaah with the sunniis; visit their sick; perform their janaazah salaah. Be vigilant that they do surpass you in virtue. You are more worthy of virtue. I swear an oath by Allah, there is no 'ibaadah (devotion) more loved by Allah than taqiyyah.''---Ussul Kaafii, vol. 2.
Shii'ah - Sunnii unity
AFTER THE REVOLUTION in Iran the shii'ah and some sunnii 'ulamaa called for shii-ah-sunnii unity. On what basis will this unity be formed? How will the following shii'ah dogma be reconciled with the majority sunnii belief?:
Is the present Qur-aan original and complete?
The most important and basic source if Islaamic beliefs and the shariiah is the Qur-aan Karim. All the great shiiah 'ulamaa claim that the present-day Qur-aan has been tampered with the deleting and adding verses, hence it is incomplete and unreliable. The famous shiiah 'aalim, Allahamah Nuurii Tabrasii, has written a voluminous book titled 'Faslul khitaab fi tahreefi kitaabi rabbil arbaab' on this subject. He gathered proofs to support his claim that the present Qur-aan is not genuine. Every type of distortion has been made to it. A great of it has been removed. There exist a suurah (Suuratul Wilaayah) in a hand-written Iraanii Qur-aan (which does not appear in the present day Qur-aan). Allahamah Nuuribrasii mentioned this suurah in his book and says it is from among those suurahs that were deleted. The shiiah also claim that, like the Tauraah and Injeel, additions and alterations have been made to the Qur-aan. Hishaam bin Saalim says that Imaam Ja'far As-Saadiq, 'Alayhis Salaam, said: "The Qur'aan that Jibreel, "Alayhis Salaam, brought down to Muhammad, , consisted of seventeen thousand aayahs'' (Ussul Kaafi page 671). In the present Qur-aan there are six thousand six hundred and sixty six aayahs (verses). This means that according to shiiah thoughts, then thousands three hundred thirty four aayahs are missing.
Therefore, the shiiah regard the Sahabah, Radiyallaahu 'Anhum, and the sunnis as Muslims?
The shiiah believe in the dogma of imaamah. They believe that after the demise of Sayyidinaa Rasuulullah , Allah Ta'aalla chose twelve imaams for the leadership and guidance of the creation. Like the Ambiyaa, 'Alayhimus Salaam, they are a Sign of Allah and it is incumbent to follow them. In status they are equal to Sayyidinaa Rasuulullah, , and superior in rank and stage than all the other Ambiya, 'Alayhimus Salaam. In the manner that it is incumbent upon a Muslim to believe in the nubuwwah (prophet hood) and risaalah of all the ambiyaa, likewise according to the shiiah, it is a necessary article of faith animaamah of the Twelve Imaams. It is stated in 'Usuul Kaafi', Kitaabul kufri wal imaan, page 368, that Imam Baaqir said: Islam is based on five principles:
1. Salaah.
2. Saum (rozah, fasting).
3. Zakaah.
4. Hajj.
5. Imaamah.
He did not stress any of the other as much as he had stressed the principles of imaamah.
Imaam Khomeini wrote in his book 'Al-Huruumatul Islaamiyyah': ''It is from the basic and necessary belief of our religion that our ma'suum (sinless) imaams posses that stature and stage that no great angel or nabii can attain.'' (page 52). He writes further: "An imaam possesses that stage of maqaam mahmood and also possess such a natural government, that every atom of the entire universe if obedient, loyal and subordinate to their leadership and commands.'' (page 52.)
Imaam Khomeini writes in 'Tahriirul Wasiilah' (Chapter on the mustaahabs of burial) that talqeen should be made in a loud voice to a dead person regarding the basic beliefs of his religion. i.e. the oneness of Allah; the risaalah of Rasuulullah ; and the imaamah of the ma'suum (sinless) imaams.
It is clear that according to the shiiahs, the imaamah of the Twelve Imaams is the same as that of the tauhid and isaalah. One who does not believe in the imaams cannot be a believer. All the Sahabah, Radiyallahu 'Anhum, and the Muslims who followed them do not subscribe to this belief. Will the shiiahs regard the Sahabah, Radiyallahu 'Anhum and the Muslims, who do not conform to this belief of theirs, as believers? On the contrary the shiiahs have labeled the Muslims non-believers. A few references are given here:
Imaam Baaqie says that after the demise of Rasuulullah , all the people besides three turned apostate people: 1. Miqdaad bin Aswad; 2. Abuu Dharr Ghiifaarii; and 3. Salmann Faarisii (Radiyallahu 'Anhum). (Furuu' Kaafii, vol. 3, Kitaabur Raudah, page 115).
Imam Ja'far As-Sadiq says regarding verse 137 of Surrah Nisaa, that is was revealed regarding fulaan and fulaan (i.e., Sayyidinaa Abuubakr, 'Umar and 'Uthmaan, Radiyallahu 'Anhum). In the beginning these three brought imaan on Rasulullah , said: "Man kuntu mawlaahu fa-haadhaa 'Aliiyun mawlaahu'' (Whose mater I am then this 'Alii is his master). These three rejected this and became kaafirs. (Ussul Kaafir, page 365; Sharhus Saafii, vol. 3, chapter 2, page 98).
Imaam Khomeini mentioned in his books that Sayyidinaa Abuubakr and 'Umar Radiyallahu 'Anhumaa, opposed the clear commands of the Qur-aan. In one book he has mentioned a 'Hadith Qirtaas' wherein he clearly labeled the great 'Umar Radiyallaahu 'Anhu, as a kaafir. (Kashful Asraar, page 119).
It is stated in the Ussul Kaafi, (Chapter on teenatil mu'min wal kaafir page 358) that the shiiahs have been created with the soil of jannah, therefore no sin will affect them. The sunnis were created with the soil of jahannam, therefore no good deed will help them.
The following differences of the Muslims and shiiahs will also have to be revolved:
1. The kalimah of the Muslims and shiiahs are different.
2. The a-dhaan of the Muslims and shiiahs are different.
3. The Muslims have the Qur-aan. The Mahdi has disappeared with the shiiah Qur-aan.
4. The Muslims and shiiah have a separate system of zakaah.
5. the principle rukn of hajj for the Muslims is the wuquuf of 'Arafah and according to the shiiah it is the wuquuf of Muzdalifah.
6. According to the Muslims, mut'ah is another name for adultery and prostitution, whereas according to the shiiah the one who commits mut'ah will have the same rank as Hasayn, Radiyallahu 'Anhu, in jannah.
7. The Muslims say falsehood, hypocrisy and fraud are great sins. The shiiah say that taqiyyah is ninety percent of their religion.
8. The Muslims say the venerable four Khulafaa, Radiyallahu 'Anhum, are truthful. The shiiah say besides 'Alii Radiyallahu 'Anhu, the Khulafaa Raashideen are hypocrites, usurpers, oppressors, and enemies of Islaam.
9. The Muslims say the Ummahaatul Mu'mineen (wives of Sayyidinaa Rasulullah are the best among all women, the shiiah say that they are not worthy of respect.
10. The wuduu of the Muslims and shiiah differ.
11. The bathing of a decreased person differs between Muslims and shiiah.
12. The time of suhuur (sehrii) and iftaar of the Muslims and shiiah are different.
13. The five basic beliefs of imaan of a Muslim are to have faith in:
1. Allah
2. His angels
3. His revealed books
4. His rasul
5. The day of judgment . Those of the shiiah are completely different. They do not have imaan on His angels and His revealed books (they do not believe the Qur-aan to be a protected book). The main aspect of their religion is the doctrine of imaamah which has already been mentioned.
14. The laws concerning nikaah (marriage), talaaq (divorce) and wiraathaha (inheritance) of the Muslims and shiiah are different, etc., etc.
Will those who call for unity explain these difference or is the shiiah- sunni unity just an empty, deceptive slogan?
